  • Milu Dumpling Sauce

Crafted in our kitchen in NYC, our dumpling sauce is tangy, savory, with just a little bit of heat. Our dumpling sauce is exactly what you’re looking for to cut through the fatty, juiciness of dumplings – savory soy, a little kick from the chili oil, and a bite of vinegar. But it’s also good when you’re looking for a little more than what just soy sauce has to offer. Try it for seasoning a stir fry or even just over plain white rice. INGREDIENTS: Soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat flour, potassium sorbate), chili oil (canola oil, ground chilies, spices, salt), water, chinkiang vinegar, sesame oil, sugar. Vegan. Produced in the same facility as soy, peanut, sesame, and dairy products.

  • Milu Hoisin Sauce

Crafted in NYC, our hoisin sauce is chocolaty, a tad sweet, & savory. Duck and hoisin sauce is a traditional pairing. But our hoisin is a little less traditional without being any less delicious. Less sweet than a traditional hoisin, more acidic, and with notes of chocolate reminiscent of mole, this sauce goes well with any roasted meat and other fatty or rich dishes. With a strong flavor, a little bit goes a long way. INGREDIENTS: Water, bean sauce (soybean, brown rice, chili, sugar, salt, water, sesame oil, citric acid, wheat flour), rice wine vinegar, molasses, miso paste (soybean, water, rice, salt, koji), sugar, honey, sesame paste, sesame oil (sesame, dextrose), soy sauce (water, soybeans, sugar, salt, wheat flour, mushroom extract), garlic powder, 5 spice powder, cornstarch. Vegan. Produced in the same facility with soy, peanut, sesame, and dairy products.

  • Milu Chili Crisp

Crafted in NYC, our chili crisp is nutty, crunchy, spicy, & savory. When we decided to make our own chili crisp, we really wanted to make something that was more savory as opposed to spicy. In addition to a variety of unique chili flakes, such as the traditional Sichuan chili flake and the more unusual cobanero chili, we used a lot of spices, such as cumin, coriander, and cardamom. We felt like this added a lot of depth of flavor and made our chili crisp unique. We also added toasted soy nuts, for extra crunch. INGREDIENTS: Canola oil, ground chilies, spices, soybeans, preserved black beans, onion, garlic, kosher salt, granulated sugar, mushroom powder. Gluten Free & Vegan. Produced in the same facility as soy, peanut, sesame, and dairy products.

  • Milu Chili Oil

Crafted in NYC, our chili oil is fragrant and with a hint of mala kick. Sichuan chili oil is a great base or “mother sauce” to have on hand. It’s a great combination of spicy from the chilies, numbing from the Sichuan peppercorns, and aromatic from the other spices. Use it as a base for other sauces – try combining it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, or roasted garlic, or as a finishing oil over cooked fish or chicken, or even over pasta. INGREDIENTS: Canola oil, ground chilies, spices, Sichuan peppercorn, salt. Gluten Free & Vegan. Produced in the same facility as soy, peanut, sesame, and dairy products.

  • General Chao's Nuts

Originally inspired by the street vendors of New York and the Chinese Huangfeihong peanuts, these sweet and spicy nuts have the heat of Sichuan added to the them in the form of Sichuan peppercorns and Tiensin chilies. Don’t be afraid to eat the whole chilies, they are quite edible and very delicious. Plus there’s the added adventure, one in about every 10 chilies is quite fiery, so be careful! Ingredients: Salted cashews (cashews, peanut oil, salt), salted peanuts (peanuts, peanut oil, salt), sugar, kosher salt, dried chilies, Sichuan pepper, canola oil, egg white. 190g bag. Gluten Free.

  • Milu Everything Spice

Crafted in NYC, our everything spice is crunchy and a tad spicy, great on just about anything. INGREDIENTS: Onion, garlic, chili flake, spices, sugar, salt, canola oil, mushroom powder. Gluten Free & Vegan. Produced in the same facility as soy, peanut, sesame, and dairy products.
