At Adamah LeAdam (Soil to Soul), based in Zippori in the Galilee, we believe that agriculture is far more than just growing crops—it is a living human bridge. Through our culinary, social, and environmental initiative, we bring together diverse communities across the Galilee—Jews and Arabs, city dwellers and villagers—around shared values of dignity, sustainability, and mutual care.Since October 8, 2023, our volunteers have rolled up their sleeves every week to rescue fresh, high-quality agricultural produce that would otherwise go to waste. Instead of letting this food disappear, we deliver it directly and respectfully to those who need it most:- Welfare recipients and families in Nazareth
- Palestinian Bedouin communities in the Jordan Valley
- Children at the Santa Anna boarding school in Zippori
- Newly arrived immigrants from Ukraine building new lives
- Dedicated women living in Israel's northern border communities who, for the past three years, have been preparing homemade Friday treats and care packages for soldiers stationed along the front lines

Beyond food rescue, Soil to Soul supports northern farmers year-round, hosts monthly community markets at the local olive oil press, and collaborates with top chefs to turn rescued crops into nutritious meals.To continue expanding this vital work—feeding families, supporting local farmers, and deepening cross-cultural partnerships in the Galilee—we need your help.
