Produced from Koroneiki olives along with special grown Yuzu from Ale Ale.
 
To be used in iced coffee, on pancakes, in an avocado salad, in soup or seasoned on a whole fish.

Produced from Leccino olives, cherry tree lumber and gone through a cold smoking process.
 
To be used in any dish you would add a smokey element to. In vegetables roasts, particularly with eggplant or tomato, or in a slow-cooked and complex stew.

Produced from Coratina olives along with eight types of local organic herbs harvested in the Galilee: thyme, rosemary, sage, hyssop, fennel seeds, oregano and summer savory.
